Chris Friend is the Aged Care Divisional Secretary at the Health Services Union (HSU) NSW. Chris is one of the leading experts on the aged care industry in Australia. Chris has lead enterprise bargaining in the aged care industry in NSW and ACT since 2017. He is also one of the key figures in the HSU’s ongoing aged care work value campaign which has resulted in a 15% pay increase for aged care workers. Chris has also worked at the Australian Services Union (ASU).
