ULIO is run by, and for, members.

To qualify as a member of Union Lawyers & Industrial Officers NSW, a person must be resident in the State of New South Wales, support the objects of the Association, and be:

• An Australian Legal Practitioner who is employed by a trade union or who works in private legal practice predominantly for trade unions; or

• A person employed by a trade union in an industrial, research, or para-legal capacity; or

• A student or unemployed person with an interest in future employment with a trade union; or

• Be any other category of person that the Executive of Union Lawyers & Industrial Officers NSW deems suitable for membership of the Association having regard to the Objects of the Association.

If you’re eligible for membership, and have registered for our conference, you will have been given the opportunity to sign up.
