In this session, Nick Sahlqvist (Independent Education Union) will explore how to make flexible work applications and get good outcomes for members. The session will include practical tips and guidance for making flexible work applications, resolving disputes prior to arbitration and lessons learned from the FWC decisions handed down to date. Nick will share the IEU’s experience of making flexible work applications and the key lessons that can be learnt from them.
