Alison is the legal counsel and manager of legal services at the PSA NSW/CPSU (SFSF). Alison has over 20 years’ experience in employment and industrial law representing unions and applicants. Before PSA, Alison worked at McNally Jones Staff/ Jones Staff and Co and Haywards Solicitors, and was a director at Federation Law. Alison is on the board of Legal Aid NSW and was an advisory member of the IRC Rules Committee and is a committee member of the IRS committee.
