Jeremy Lappin is an Industrial Officer at the Health Services Union NSW/ACT/QLD (HSU). With over seven years of experience in employment law, Jeremy brings a broad perspective to the union movement. Before joining the HSU, Jeremy worked as an Associate to Deputy President Saunders at the Fair Work Commission and in private practice.

As an Industrial Officer, Jeremy successfully represented HSU members in a landmark case at the NSW Industrial Relations Commission, establishing a career progression pathway for Technical Officers with scientific qualifications to transition to the higher-graded Hospital Scientist classification – a major win for health professionals in the NSW public health system.
