In this session, barrister Philip Boncardo (Wardell Chambers) and Elise Delpiano (Mining and Energy Union) will share their expertise on navigating the new Regulated Labour Hire Arrangement Order (RLHAO) application process under the amended Fair Work Act 2009, having just finished running the MEU's RLHAO application against BHP's Operations Services.

Attendees will gain valuable insights and practical strategies to successfully represent members in RLHAO applications and ensure same job, same pay for labour hire employees.
